Whether you’re looking to pick up a few moves, get some exercise, meet new people or just have a lot of fun, we’ve got it all here for you! Each class starts with a warm-up full of freestyling, stretching and conditioning guaranteed to get your heart pounding. Then we move into choreography set to today‘s groove-worthy jams which combines old and new school Hip Hop.
CARDIO HIP HOP DROP-IN CLASS
Cardio Hip Hop is a fun and effective way to burn calories and get your heart pumping. This 60min high-impact cardio workout will increase your energy levels and improve your overall physical fitness.
No choreography. Follow along. Open to all, beginners warmly welcome. Minh’s vision is to bring people together for the love of dance and music and create a community whereby anyone can join and share with us.
HIP HOP – BEGINNER COURSE
Starting dancing as an adult might feel a bit scary… Please don’t be!
If you wish to learn dancing in a safe environment, then join Dancenter 6 weeks course for absolute beginners.
This 6-week program will introduce you to the fundamentals of body posture, flexibility understanding, motor skills awareness.
Each week, students will work through exercises to develop knowledge, technique to express themselves through the medium of dancing.
Cardio Hip Hop
Choreographed dance classes not your thing?! Then this class is for you!!! It’s a super cardio hip hop style class where we dance to a continuous mix of music. By the end of class you will have learned fun groovy steps and had a killer workout for both your mind and body!!
