Stretching & Strengthening
You will be introduced to gentle and short exercises series on the floor to stretch your neck, your spine… and to strengthen as well your back and your inner arms and legs muscles in… length like dancers do.
Transported with nice soft music, the soft melodies will lift you and make you feel lighter.
This is a class time for you to improve your posture and boost your confidence.
