Yin Yoga, as the name suggests, is a form of passive yoga that is practiced in a cold and dim space.
The three simple principles of yin yoga are stillness, silence and a resolution to venture deeper into your body’s natural modalities. These principles help us to access deep releases in our bodies, particularly in the joints where our mobility is governed. This practice of yin encourages the mind to drop out of thinking and settle into a place of peacefulness.
Yin Yoga is a deeply rejuvenating and calming practice, it will assist you in regulating your mood as well as improving the range of motion in your bodies.
