If you like to move with the music, then join my new DANCE FIT class!
Starting next week from Monday and Thursday at 8.15am in Dancenter’ shady courtyard.
This 30-minute dance workout burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging!
Open to all, no dance experience required at all. I promise.
What to expect?
30 min nonstop dancing with EASY steps. We use a range of music and styles including Pop, world music, swing, hip hop, cha cha and more. Expect to sweat and smile!
450 000vnd for 5 classes. 780 000vnd for 10 classes.
Or 150 000/ drop in class.
