The Warm Up: [9:20 – 10:10]
The Warm Up is 50 minutes dedicated to wake your body up and stretch it to your maximum. Classic stretches mixed with Jazz and Ballet will put you in the mood to dance. Strengthening exercises keep your body strong and in shape. This energizing warm up is crafted for Beginners up to the Advanced student. Come and join only this class or move onto Part 2 and/or 3.
The Progressions: [10:20 – 11:10]
The Progressions is 50 minutes of perfecting selected Jazz steps. We will spend time really dissecting the steps for you to understand. Later by doing variations with them you will discover how to truly make each step your own. Through these steps you will have a good foundation of Jazz Dance. Progressions is crafted for the Beginner to Intermediate Student. Come and join only this class or Part 1 and/or 3.
The Choreography: [11:20 – 12:10]
The Choreography is a 50 minute session dedicated to Dance! Dance! Dance! We will focus only on picking up the Jazz routine and then bringing it to Performance quality. Challenge yourself… Free yourself! This Choreography is crafted for the Beginner to Intermediate student. Come and join only this class or take also Part 1 and/or 2.
