Special class: Yin Yoga

 In News

Yin yoga, as the name suggests, is a form of passive yoga that is practiced in a cold and dim space.

The three simple principles of yin yoga are stillness, silence and a resolution to venture deeper into your body’s natural modalities. These principles help us to access deep releases in our bodies, particularly in the joints where our mobility is governed. This practice of yin encourages the mind to drop out of thinking and settle into a place of peacefulness.

Yin yoga is a deeply rejuvenating and calming practice, it will assist you in regulating your mood as well as improving the range of motion in your bodies.

Exceptional: Friday 14 October, 8:50am – 9:50am
150,000vnd only for this special class.

Amber Fairfield:

I teach yoga from the heart, tailoring each class around major joint and muscle groups of the body, as well as weaving in breathing and meditation practices. My intention for my students is for them to have better understanding over the mechanics of their bodies, in addition to having greater control over their emotional and energetic states. I teach a wide range of students, from children to adults, prenatal to restorative; all of which I am proud to say finish my classes feeling more centred, rejuvenated and satisfied.
