SILVER SWANS
Silver Swans classes are specifically designed to welcome students of an older age (55+ yo) category to enjoy learning Ballet. Developed by the The Royal Academy of Dance, Silver Swans classes are aimed to improve mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. Most importantly, these classes are an opportunity to have fun and enjoy the sense of wellbeing that dance brings.
