Modern Dance Workshop

This workshop will focus on the fundamental concepts of space, time and energy through the practices of modern dance. We will move through a warm up, across the floor patterns and a lively end of class combination that will encourage artistic expression and exploration. This class will be best for advanced-beginners, intermediate and advanced dancers but you do not need to have experience in modern dance to participate!Day and time: Saturday, 8th October, 4.40 - 6.40pm.
