ADULT CLASSES

BALLET

Adult ballet is growing in popularity and more and more adults are pursuing their dreams of ballet every day.

There are so many reasons to learn ballet as an adult, whether that’s discipline, gracefulness, coordination, balance, artistry, self-expression, strength, or flexibility.

BODY FLOW

You will be guided by John Huy Tran through a series of stretches and elements borrowed from Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, with some elements of dance included.

BURLESQUE

This class focuses on embracing those beauties of the human body, exploring the way of body movements using dancing techniques and flirty, sexy vibes music.

CARDIO HIP HOP

This 60min high-impact cardio workout will increase your energy levels and improve your overall physical fitness.

HIP HOP

Each class starts with a warm-up full of freestyling, stretching and conditioning guaranteed to get your heart pounding. Then we move into choreography set to today‘s groove-worthy jams which combines old and new school Hip Hop.

JAZZ

The attitude of this class is pure dance joy. You will start with a warm up and learn jazz steps followed by a choreography that changes monthly.

LYRICAL

Students will be invited to dance to a myriad of song genres, ultimately guiding them to control their body and muscles using different levels of strength to smoothly flow to the expressive verses within songs.

MIND BODY SOUL (MBS)

Through these exercises, you’ll learn techniques to help you release yourself from fear and judgement and find the joy of dancing with absolute freedom

TAP

You will also learn about rhythm and how to develop the subtle light and shade of tap sounds whilst adding simple co-ordination of arms and head to add style to your dancing.
