BODY FLOW
Body Flow, created for Dancenter by John Huy Tran, is built on a simple idea: the deepest strength is calm, and the most enduring peace is active.
Body Flow is a 90-minute moving meditation, a practice where the defined power of Martial Arts meets the fluid grace of Dance and the mindful awareness of Yoga and Reiki. These elements are blended into a single, integrated language of movement designed to guide you inward. It is a personal exploration, a chance to listen to your body and find steady rhythm in your breath.
Each session concludes with an inner journey, leading you into deep stillness through quiet meditation and a gratitude practice. This allows the benefits of movement to settle in fully. You will leave feeling both open and grounded, having released physical tension from the body and mental static from the mind.
Set to carefully curated, inspirational music, Body Flow offers a space where you are free to unwind without judgment. It is for anyone seeking balance that endures throughout the day, leaving you with a deep and lasting sense of wholeness.
