BODY FLOW

You will be guided by John Huy Tran through a series of stretches and elements borrowed from Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, with some elements of dance included.

LEVEL DESCRIPTION

Beginner: Introduce you to the fundamentals of body posture, flexibility understanding, motor skills awareness.


Intermediate: a warm-up full of freestyling, stretching and conditioning guaranteed to get your heart pounding.
