New Barre class for Adult

Barre is a workout/ fitness technique that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements. This class will focus on cardio, strength-training and stretching. You will learn proper technique and form to help strengthen and tone your body. This class is open to all levels and does not require a background in dance.Schedule: every Saturday, 8:55am - 9:55am.
