Workshop with Alexis Jestin

A wonderful opportunity for dancers in HCMC!LOOK WHAT THE WORLD DID TO US An exploration of territories through social isolation and exclusion. We will begin with a warm-up, an awakening of the body, as well as the senses of perception addressed through a somatic crossing. We will develop a deep exploration of self awareness through the body. Gradually we will create a common connection of moods and energies by exploring various qualities related to self, group, space and universality.TIME: Saturday, 10 September, 4:40 – 6:40pm. FEE:
