This contemporary dance workshop invites you to explore your full movement potential - whether you're diving into partnering techniques, refining your floorwork, or finding strength in softness and control.

A grounding full-body warm-up to unlock dynamic movement
In-depth floorwork: rolling, sliding, spiraling, and flowing transitions
Introduction to acrobatic elements to enhance body awareness and mobility
Partnering exercises focused on trust, balance, and interaction
Improvisation and composition tools to help you discover your unique movement voice
An opportunity to embody the artists’ repertoire and experience their creative process from the inside

About Artists:
Heung Won Lee (South Korea) and Marine Fernandez (France) from MH Contemporary Dance Company are contemporary dancers and choreographers, known for their dynamic partnership that blends innovative movement with artistic expression across Europe and Asia. They are currently based in Lithuania.

Together, Marine and Heung Won continue to expand their choreographic journey on international platforms - building artistic bridges between dancers and audiences through movement, creativity, and connection.
Heung Won Lee
A graduate of the Korea National University of Arts, Heung Won began his career with the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company before moving to Europe. Since 2019, he has been a member of Aura Dance Theatre (Lithuania), collaborating with renowned international choreographers.
His movement style fuses contemporary dance with breakdancing, martial arts, flow acrobatics, improvisation, and hip hop, resulting in a highly physical and expressive dance language. His 2023 solo Speechless has been featured at major festivals in Tokyo, Gdańsk, Ankara, Spain, and Italy.

Marine Fernandez
A graduate of the National Dance School of Marseille, Marine began her career with the Opera of Nice and later worked with theaters in Germany. Since 2016, she has been a core artist at Aura Dance Theatre, performing in works by choreographers such as Emanuel Gat, Brandon Lagaert, Gil Kerer, and Christine Bonansea. Her touring experience spans more than 10 countries, including Mexico, India, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
In recent years, she has focused on developing her own choreographic voice, creating solo and duet works with Heung Won. Their duet Un Fil has been performed in South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and across Europe.
