Drawing inspiration from the legacies of Martha Graham, Jose Limón, Merce Cunningham, and others, the workshop is designed to empower dancers to explore movement through emotional depth, physicality, and presence.
Whether you're looking to enhance your technique or reconnect with the expressive core of your artistry, this experience invites you to move with intention, clarity, and freedom.
Open to advanced amateur and pre-professional dancers who are passionate about developing their personal voice through movement.

About Artist

Born in Verona, Italy, Lidia Caricasole began her dance journey at the Vic Ballet Academy before continuing her professional training at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York. Under the direction of Alicia Graf Mack, she graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and was honored with the Juilliard Career Advancement Fellowship (2021–2023), awarded to students with the potential to shape the future of the performing arts.
In 2022, Lidia joined ŻfinMalta National Dance Company, where she performed in works by acclaimed choreographers such as Paolo Mangiola, Emanuel Gat, Mauro Bigonzetti, Tânia Carvalho, Roy Assaf, Liliana Barros, Sita Ostheimer, and Matthew William Robinson.
Beyond performance, Lidia is a dedicated dance educator and artistic collaborator. Since 2019, she has directed multiple summer dance programs, and in 2022, she co-founded DanceHive - a global home-sharing platform designed to support and connect the dance community.
