About Artist

Adele fell in love with movement and creative expression at the age of 13, marking the beginning of her journey at Dancenter. She worked as a competition team assistant for Sabra Johnson and remains forever grateful to Dancenter for shaping her path. Now, she is thrilled for the chance to give back to the community that first ignited her love for dance.
Currently based in London, Adele is deeply involved in her university’s dance community. She serves as a committee member and choreographed a heels-contemporary piece for their Winter Showcase. She has trained at dance intensives across Europe and Asia, always prioritizing the mind-body-soul connection and advocating for the mental health benefits of dance.
At LSE Dance, Adele leads classes and choreography works that inspire dancers to move with both passion and purpose. She has led multiple workshops and performed in two showcases, attended by over 1,000 audience members.
Believing deeply in dance as a form of mental care and escape, Adele sees movement not only as performance, but also as a way to recharge, release, and reconnect.
