Applied Classes:

Body Flow

You will be guided by John Huy Tran through a series of stretches and elements borrowed from Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, with some elements of dance included.



Mind Body Soul

Through these exercises, you’ll learn techniques to help you release yourself from fear and judgment and find the joy of dancing with absolute freedom.


Dance Fit

Join us for a fun, high-energy dance workout that's perfect for everyone. This follow-along class features upbeat music and easy-to-follow moves, helping you burn calories, improve coordination, and lift your mood.


Cardio Hip Hop

This class focuses on providing a workout while having fun dancing to Hip Hop. Although these classes are for all levels of dancers and fitness enthusiasts, they are a great place to start for the novice dancer.
