Lyrical is a combination of Ballet and Jazz dance and is an emotionally expressive dance style that pushes today’s boundaries of movement and movement innovation. Due to technical elements involved with lyrical dance, this class may only be taken in conjunction with a Ballet or Jazz class. Strong emphasis on strength and flexibility.
